NIAMEY: Fifteen civilians were killed in the attack by Boko Haram militants over a border village throughout southeastern Niger, talk about television has claimed.
The attack occurred on Thursday night inside a village on the banks of the Komadougou Yobe pond which runs along a tiny section of this border between Niger as well as Nigeria, Tele Sahel stated.
